All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email at [email protected] or by U.S. mail to:

Refund requests must include the following:
- Player's name, date of birth and order number
- Envelope, with postage, addressed appropriately in order to mail refund
- Telephone number in case the AYSO Treasurer needs to contact you
No refunds will be issued after orientation (8/10) except for the following reason:
- The child is injured and unable to play (doctor's note required)
All such refunds will be subject to a $25.00 fee and any other fees paid by Region 153 (e.g. insurance, uniform, photographs, and medals/trophies). If registrants order a uniform directly through vendor, we will be unable to refund that portion of the registration fee.
Full refunds will always be made to those that were on waiting lists and did not get assigned to a team.
NO refunds will be issued for the Spring & Specialty programs (Winter 3v3, All Stars, Alliance, Indoor, etc.)
Supplemental play insurance is available during registration. This is an independent service. Claims must be submitted directly to the insurance provider.
